Keto enchiladas ingredients

6 Roasted Anaheim chili peppers
*You may substitute chiles. Know that you will have a huge change in flavor.
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Chicken (Optional)
1 Tomatillo (Make sure it’s boiled)
1 Teaspoon Knorr chicken Bouillion
*I adjusted and added 1/3 Teaspoon more
1 Teaspoon onion powder
* Use fresh if you would like. I kept it out to keep it low carb
1/2 Cup Heavy cream
* Use half and half or your choice of milk
*Almond milk will work
Small bunch of cilantro
1-2 Garlic cloves
* You may use garlic powder
1/2 Cup water
* Extra water for 3:32 mark of the video
Butter to taste

Optional: I used zucchinis
