Soak Chana :-
Kala Chana – 1 cup ( 240 ml cup)
Add Water and Soak Overnight
Onion & Tomato Paste : –
Onion – 1 Small
Tomatoes – 4 ( medium size)
Blend and make a smooth paste
* On Saute
Add :
Oil – 3 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion & Tomato Paste
Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes
Open the lid and
Add :
Turmeric powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder – 2 Teaspoons
Cumin powder – 1 & 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilli Powder – 1 & 1/2 Teaspoons
Close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes
Add :
Soaked Kala Chana (drain the water)
Water – 2 Cups
* Cancel Sauce
* Close the lid and seal
* Bean/Chili – 30 minutes
Pressure – HIGH
Release – Natural Release
Open the lid and add,
Salt
