Ingredients :-
*2 medium size onion finely chopped
*3 big tomatoes finely chopped
*6-7 cloves of garlic finely grated
*2 green chillies finely chopped
*1/2 capsicum finely chopped
*1 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
*1 tsp chilli flakes
*1 tsp oregano
*1 tsp salt
*1 tsp vinegar
*Handful of fresh chopped coriander leaves
*1 tbsp oil
Method :-
1.Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp oil.
2.Add 2 medium size onions finely chopped and saute till it gets pink in colour.
3.Add grated 6-7 garlic cloves and 2 finely chopped green chilli deseeded and mix well.
4. After 2 minutes add 1/2 capsicum finely chopped and let it cook for 2 minute.
5.Add 3 big tomatoes or 4 medium size tomato finely chopped and saute.
6.Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 1/2 tsp tomato Ketchup, 1 tsp vinegar and mix well.
7.After 2-3 minutes or till the tomato gets soften add handful of finely chopped coriander leaves to it.
8.Mix well and it’s ready to serve.
9.Serve with authentic dip with Nachos, Tacos, Enchilladas, Quesadilla, Tortilla, Baked potato, etc
