Breakfast and Brunch

Fluffy Japanese soufflé pancakes | easy recipe | brunch recipes | breakfast recipe | pancakes

Ingredients:
3 egg Yolks
4 tbsp Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla
45 gm AP flour / Maida
½ tsp Baking powder
3 Egg whites
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp oil
1 tsp water (to sprinkle)
1 cube butter
Maple syrup / honey

Method:
1. Mix egg yolks, milk and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder. Mix until combined
2. Beat egg whites add sugar gradually and beat until stiff peaks.
3. Gently fold in the egg yolk batter into the egg white meringue.
4. Wipe a non-stick pan with some oil.
5. Drop two scoops of batter onto the pan, sprinkle some water.
6. Cover and cook over very low heat for ½ minute.
7. Flip sprinkle water again, cover and cook for ½ minute more.
8. Serve immediately with butter, drizzle over some maple syrup or honey and some fruits.
