Hello everyone 😀 I want to share my recipe, beef barbacoa. Simple recipe, and the flavor is the most delicious 🤤 in the video I put about 2oz. Of vinegar from a jar of green olives, but I used to put the olives too, that’s Sinaloa style barbacoa, but my husband does not like it that way, so I just add the vinegar and the taste is amazing 😉 either way.

~Recipe~
-about 3 lbs of chuck roast
-piece of onion
-1 garlic clove
-salt to taste
-2 tbsp of beef bouillon
-water enough to cover the meat
~for the broth~
-5 tomatoes 🍅
-6 guajillo chile pods
-6 peeled and cut small potatoes 🥔
-3 garlic cloves

-2 cloves
-2oz. of vinegar, I like to use the vinegar from a jar of green olives
-1 tsp of cumin
-2 tbsp of dry oregano
-salt to taste
-enough water to cover the tomatoes, chiles and everything in blender
