Here is Walt’s Chili Recipe:
Start by cooking 1 Pound or 16oz of Ground Beef.
While browning the meat add
– 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
– 1 Full White Onion (Diced)
– 1 Clove of Garlic
– 1/2 Cup of Celery
Spices for Walt’s Chili:
– 1 Tsp of Chili Powder
– 1/2 Tsp of Paprika
– 1/2 Tsp of Dry Mustard
– Salt
– 1 Chili Pepper
– Pinch of Ground Ginger
– Pinch of Ground Cumin
– Pinch of Fennel Seeds
– Pinch of Ground Cloves
– Pinch of Coriander Seeds
– Pinch of Cinnamon
– Pinch of Turmeric
Add:
1/2 Can of Whole Tomatoes
1 Pound or 16oz of Pinto Beans
