Queso Chicken Tacos
2-3 Chicken breasts
1 can Rotel
1 Packet taco seasoning
1 cup storebought queso
Cook chicken with taco seasoning and rotel on low for 3 hours. Shred with forks. Add queso. Keep warm or cook on low another 20 minutes. Serve over tortillas or nachos! Add all of your favorite toppings!
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
6-8 lb Pork Shoulder
1 packet onion soup mix
1 light beer
1 cup bbq sauce (+additional for topping)
Place pork shoulder in slow cooker. Add onion soup mix, beer, and 1 cup bbq sauce. Cook for 10-12 hours on low until tender.
Shred with hands, fork, or knife. (I remove as much fat as possible.)
Add bbq sauce and serve as sandwich or by itself!
Slow cooker Pizza Casserole
1 can of 8 biscuits
1.5 cups marinara
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 lb cooked sausage
pepperoni, black olives, etc. (Your fav pizza toppings!)
Cut biscuits into 4ths. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray. Place biscuits into bottom to create crust. Add 1/2 cooked sausage. Add marinara sauce. Add 1/2 cup cheese. Add remaining sausage, cheese, and additional pizza toppings. Cook on low 3 hours. Serve with side salad!
Slow Cooker Cherry Cobbler
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix together cake mix and melted butter. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Add cherry pie filling to bottom. Crumble cake mixture on top of cherries. Sprinkle chopped walnuts. Cook 3 hours on low. Serve with homestyle vanilla ice cream!
