Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (about 4-5.5 lbs)
1 small yellow onion
2 lemons
1 can low sodium chicken broth
1 stick (8 Tbls) Butter
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp seasoned salt (I like Tony’s but Lawry’s is fine also)
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried ground Thyme
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground blk pepper
1/4 tsp Xanthan gum for thickening (Keto version) or 2 Tbsp of cornstarch with 2 Tbsp of cold water to make a slurry (non-keto)
1/4 cup heavy cream or half and half
