4 sprigs thyme
1 large tomato
2 scallions
3-5 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1/2 teaspoon Caribbean Browning
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 star anise
1 large carrot
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 Bayleaf
1 beef cube (stock)
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon parsley
