0:43 – To Marinate Chicken
300 Gms Boneless Chicken (diced)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Roasted Coriander Seeds (crushed)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt
1:43 – To Make Coriander Chutney
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
6-8 Green Chillies
10 – 12 Garlic Cloves (Peeled)
1 Inch Ginger (chopped)
2:45 – To Cook Coriander Chicken
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 Onion (chopped)
Marinated Chicken
Coriander Chutney
Juice of 1 Lemon
