Sausage Casserole – 10 sausages, sausage casserole packet mix, 3 diced carrots, 1 diced onion & sliced mushrooms. We served ours with mash 🙂
Beef Stew & Dumplings – Diced Beef, 1 diced onion, 3 diced carrots, beef stock & dumpling mix (i got ours from home bargains) served with mash.
Veggie Chilli – 1 diced onion, 1 tin of kidney beans, 1 diced pepper, sweetcorn, 1 diced butternut squash, butter beans, 1 tbsp of tomato puree, 1 tbsp of chilli powder, 1 tbsp of paprika, tsp garlic, chicken stock & salt and pepper. We served ours with rice & chips 🙂
