Ingredients
Peanuts – 250 gms
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Black Salt – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tsp
Besan Flour – 1 tbsp
Rice Flour – 1 tsp

Method
1. Place the peanuts in a bowl and add chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, black salt, chat masala, water and oil
2. Mix everything and let it rest for about 10 minutes
3. After 10 minutes, add gram flour, cornflour and rice flour and mix it all together
4. Let this set for about 10 minutes
5. You can start deep frying the peanuts in hot oil
6. Take it out when you have a golden brown color
7. Crispy and Spicy Masala Peanuts is ready to be served now
