Oh Yes! This Pot Roast was so juicy & tender! Full cook Time was about 1hour & 20 minutes! This is not including the natural pressure release time, you can always speed up the process by opening the release valve after the timer goes off & the setting turns to warm. One thing that is not in the video is 10 minutes in I got a burn alert from my Instant Pot, it indicated that something was burning. All I had to do is remove the Roast & juice to wash the pot & then put it back in to cook, not a big deal, it was quick & simple! The end results was totally worth it!! Definitely adding this meal to our faves! You can easily do the same recipe in the oven or crock pot, timing will vary! The main part of all my recipes are the ingredients! This is so worth it!!
