Chicken Triangles by Food Fusion Kids

Chicken Triangles
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless cubes 250 gms
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Dried parsley 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cayenne powder 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Honey Mustard Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Shahad (Honey) 2 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Mustard paste ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

Directions:
-In chopper,add chicken boneless cubes and chop well to make a mince.
-In bowl,add chicken mince,garlic powder,paprika powder,hot sauce,dried parsley,salt,cayenne powder, cheddar cheese and mix well.
-On square tray,place cling film and add prepared chicken mixture and spread evenly.
-Cover with cling film and freeze for 3 hours.
-Cut into triangular shape with the help of the knife.
-Now coat in all-purpose flour then dip into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs.
-Can be stored in air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.
Honey Mustard Sauce:
-In bowl,add mayonnaise,honey,mustard paste,salt and mix well.

-Chopper mein chicken boneless cubes dal dein aur ache tarhan chop ker ka qeema tayyar ker lein.
-Bowl mein chicken qeema,lehsan powder,paprika powder,hot sauce,dried parsley,namak,cayenne powder aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Square tray mein cling film laga lein aur tayyar chicken ka mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Cling film sa cover karein aur 3 hours kliya freeze ker lein.
-Knife ki madad sa triangular shape mein cut ker lein.
-Ab maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker lein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Air tight container mein dal ker 2 weeks tak store ker saktay han.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Honey Mustard Sauce:
-Bowl mein mayonnaise,shahad,mustard paste aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
