Cooking time 30 Min. Serving 1-2

Ingredients (For Grilled Steak)
Beef 300 gms
Salt ¼ Tsp
Black pepper ½ Tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Chopped Garlic 1 Tsp
Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 2 Tbsp

Ingredients (For Mexican Sauce)
Onion ½ cup
Mushroom ¼ cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Salt ¼ Tsp
Black pepper ½ Tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Dried oregano 1 tsp

Method (For Grilled Steak)

– Take beef and poke holes with meat tenderizer.
– Take a bowl and add salt, black pepper, white pepper, chopped garlic , soya sauce and 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and dip the beef in the bowl.
– Mix and Marinate for 5 Hours
– Grease grill pan with oil. Fry the beef each side for 7-8 minutes on low flame.
– Grease grill pan with oil. Place marinated chicken fillets and cook/grill each side on low flame 7-8 minutes. Set aside

Method (For Preparation of Sauce)

– Add oil in sauce pan
– Add Onions and mushrooms. Suate for two minutes on medium low flame.
– Add ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, salt, black pepper, chicken powder, vinegar, 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and Water. Mix well and cook for five minutes on high flame.
– Add dried oregano and mix well.
– Pour Sauce on grilled Beef fillet and serve.
