ingredients:
GRIT CAKES
Egg wash (4 beaten eggs)
Corn flour (seasoned)
2 seeded Jalapeño
1/4 cup red bell peppers
Salt & pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 cups grits
1 cup cheddar cheese
CREAM SAUCE
2 lbs Shrimp
6 strips of cooked bacon w/fat
4 tbsp of canola oil
1/2 cup chopped shallot
1/2 cup parsley
2 tbsp flour
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp butter
2-3 cups half & half milk
1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp creole seasoning
