Mexican Sizzling Chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken 400 gm
Capsicum 1 cup
Onion 1 cup
Tomatoes 1 cup
Ingredients for Sauce:
Jalapeno pepper 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
White cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Oil for fry
Sour cream ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil add chicken cook slightly and remove from pan. fry capsicum, onion and tomato separately, remove. Heat sizzler. Mix all ingredients for sauce, blend well. Place vegetable on sizzler, then put chicken and pour sauce on it. Serve with sour cream
Mac and Cheese Pops:
Ingredients for Sauce:
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Salt, black pepper as required
Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp
Boiled macaroni 1-1/2 cup
Ingredients for coating:
Eggs 2
Flour ¾ cup
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Oil for fry
Method:
Heat butter and oil add flour fry well. Add milk, chicken powder cook. Also add salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese, mozeralla cheese and boiled macaroni mix well. Then give a shape of dough. Make small ball roll in flour. Then dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs fry well.
