Hey guys 🙂 A very warm welcome back to what’s for tea! I hope you’ve all had a smashing day so far and that I find you all very well. So here’s what you voted for…my wee fecipe for a classic slow cooker beef stew. It’s so tasty, quick and so easy to make 🙂 Let me know if you decide to give it a go.
Shopping List:
700g diced beef/stewing steak
200g diced carrot
200g diced turnip
1 large diced onion
3 rashers lean smoked bacon, trimmed & chopped
200g chopped tomatoes
1/2 kg baby potatoes
3/4 pint beef stock
1/4 pint red wine
1 teaspoon cornflour disolved in a little water (if needed)
