Homemade Instant Pot Pork Carnitas Recipe

Instant pot pork carnitas is an easy recipe to make. The wonderful thing about making carnitas is you can use the pork in a number of different meals after cooking it. Using your instant pot you can cook carnitas way fast then normal. Give this recipe a try and tag me in a picture.

Ingredients:
1 Package of pork Carnitas (pork shoulder/butt)
1 lime, juice of
1 lemon, juice of
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 Cup orange juice
1/2 Cup fresh cilantro
4 garlic cloves
1/3 Cup soy sauce
1 jalapeno, sliced
1/2 large onion, sliced
