QUICK & EASY MEXICAN SHRIMP GUACAMOLE RECIPE

QUICK & SIMPLE Mexican shrimp guacamole! Cloud and I absolutely love this dish. The creaminess of the avocado with a well balanced of chilis, the bonus is the tomatillo. Ingredients
1 pound of raw shrimp
4 medium avocados (more if you want 🙂
15 key limes or choice of citrus (3/4 cup cities juice)
1 serrano
1 Jalapeños
1 peeled small cucumber (save the seeds for the sauce)
1/4 chopped red onion or choice of onion
Cilantro to taste
Tomatillo optional
1 tsp salt or to taste

You can enjoy this delicious dish with a side of chips, a tostada, or you can use cucumber chips
