Southern Smothered Oxtails Recipe : http://www.iheartrecipes.com/southern-smothered-oxtails/

I’ve uploaded plenty of oxtail recipes, but my most popular one has got to be my Jamaican Oxtails. Ever since I uploaded it, people request other ways on how to cook oxtails. Although I love Jamaican style oxtails, my favorite oxtails are southern smothered oxtails. I love oxtails smothered in a homemade gravy and onions. In this video I will show you how to make southern, soul food style smothered oxtails in the slow cooker!
Ingredients: Beef Oxtails, kosher salt, black pepper, parsley flakes, worcestershire sauce, all purpose flour, vegetable oil, onions, garlic, water or beef broth,
Tools used: pan, silicone tip tongs, slow cooker, large kitchen spoon, spatula ( I used a 6 quart Crock Pot).
