Tomatillo Salsa with Chile de Arbol
5 Roasted Tomatillos
3/4 OZ Roasted Chile de Arbol Peppers
1/4 Roasted Onion
3 or 4 cloves Garlic.
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup water
