Coriander 2 tbsp
Green chili 1 tsp
Garlic 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Amchur powder (dry mango) 1/4 tsp
Onion leaf 1 tbsp
Green peas 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1/4 cup
Oil for fry

Grease hand with oil
Mozzarella cube
Flour 1/4 cup
Water 1/3 cup
Make a slurry
Orange bread crumbs
Keep in the freezer for 30 mins
Fry until golden brown medium flame

Wash with cold water
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Garlic 1/4 tsp
Chili powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
Water as required
Thick mixture like this

Combine well
Hold shape (perfect consistency)

Make a dough
Rest fo 15 mins
Mashed potato 1 cup

Onion 1/4 cup
Coriander 1 tbsp
Green chili 3 pieces
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Grease hands with oil
Roll it into oval shape
