Smoked Appetizers in a Pellet Smoker | Smoked Pig Shots

I’ve been craving some smoked appetizers lately and so I decided to make some smoked pig shots in my Pit Boss KC Combo Pellet Smoker. @Jeff Phillips from the Smoking Meat Forum turned me onto these several years ago and I love them!
Smoked Pig Shots are easy to make with only a few ingredients. I used pre-cooked smoked sausage, thick cut bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, a poblano pepper and some of my favorite bbq rub.

Wrap the sausage in bacon and stuff it with the cream cheese mixture and put it in you smoker at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Smoke them until the bacon reaches a texture that you like.
