10 MINUTE FALL CHILI RECIPE – Easy & Delicious

FALL CHILI
Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground beef
2 onions
2 green bell peppers
1 med can tomato sauce
1 can dark kidney beans
1 can chili hot beans
4 t. ketchup
1 t. salt
1 t. worchestershire sauce
3 t. brown sugar
1 t. paprika
4 t. chili powder (Mexene)
6 bay leaves
1 quart water
crushed or cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
– brown meat and cook in onions and peppers with meat
– drain
– add all ingredients and cook on medium hear for about 30-45 min
– don’t use too much hot pepper!
– serve with green onion, cheese, and tortilla chips if you wish!

PUMPKIN MUFFINS
Bake: 350
Mini Muffins: 12-15 mins
Loaf: 45 mins
Ingredients:
1 cup butter soft (2 sticks)
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 16oz can of canned pumpkin
(Everything below combined in sifter)
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
– in a large mixer cream butter and sugar
– add eggs, one at a time, cream together after each one
– add vanilla, and mix
– take your dry mixture that is in the sifter and add to creamed mixture, alternate adding with pumpkin until both of completely added (I usually do it in thirds)
– using a small scoop add 1 scoop to each mini muffin paper
– bake at 350 12-15 mins for mini muffins (test with toothpick) I can usually get close to 70 mini muffins!
