Weight Watchers “Best Ever” Chili Recipe – 1 SmartPoint

Weight Watchers “Best Ever Chili” Recipe

1 lb of 93% lean ground beef (I used 20 oz. 93% lean ground turkey)
1 can Kidney Beans (I used black beans)
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can corn
1- 4 ounce can chopped green chilis
1 can fat free refried beans (I prefer Taco Bell brand)
1 15 ounce can chopped (diced) tomatoes
1 16 ounce can (or 2 – 8 ounce cans) of tomato sauce (I prefer delmonte)
1 large onion
1 cup water
1 package taco seasoning (I prefer taco bell brand)
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch DRESSING mix (NOT the buttermilk one)

Chop onion and brown ground beef. Add the rest of the ingredients (DO NOT drain anything.) Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer for 15 minutes.

I made mine in the crock pot. Just brown the meat and cook the onion and throw that and the rest of the ingredients in the crock pot for 6-8 hours on low.
