Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
5 Green Chillies
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 Capsicum, chopped
1 cup Green Peas, boiled
Spinach leaves, boiled
1 tbsp Mint leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 Potato (boiled&grated)
1 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Salt

Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger paste and saute it for a few seconds.
Add capsicum, green peas, saute it for a min.
Add spinach, mint leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, saute it for some time.
Shut the flame, let the mixture cool and grind it into nice, fine paste.
Take the paste out in a bowl, add potato, corn flour, breadcrumbs, salt and mix it well.
Make patties of it, coat it with breadcrumbs and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the patties in it.
Our Hara Bhara Kebabs our ready.
