3 INGREDIENT CHICKEN TACOS | INSTANT POT RECIPE

Hey yall, I know this one is short, my battery kept dying, but I did film the important parts, hope yall try out this quick Instant Pot recipe I found on Pinterest!! Love and God bless!!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of salsa
1 tsp of taco seasoning (I used the whole packet and it tasted great!)

Directions:
1) Place salsa in the Instant Pot, with the chicken breasts on top.
2) Sprinkle the chicken with the taco seasoning.
3) Secure the lid, making sure the valve is closed.
4) Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes for frozen chicken, 8 for fresh chicken.
5) The Instant Pot will take 10-15 minutes to come to pressure before the cook time starts.
6) When the cook time finished, let the Instant Pot naturally release for 5 minutes and then quick release the rest of the pressure.
7) Use two forks to shred the chicken and mix it with the salsa in the pot.
