TOMATO CHAKLI:
1 Cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka aata)
1 Cup rice flour (chawal ka aata)
Some water
3 Big red tomatoes
4 Tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1/4 Tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 & 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
Cooking oil
BUTTER CHAKLI:
1 Cup fine sooji (rava)
2 Cups rice flour (chawal ka aata)
1 Tsp cumin (jeera)
1/4 Tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 Tsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp crushed black powder
Salt to taste
2 Tsp butter
Cooking oil for frying
2 Cups + some more water
PAVBHAJI KHAKRA:
2 Cups whole wheat flour
1/4 Cup besan
3 Tbsp Pav bhaji masala
1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
1 Tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
4 Garlic cloves
4 green chillies
4 Tsp oil
Water as required
RICE NACHOS:
1 & 1/2 Cup Rice flour (Chawak ka atta)
2-3 Tbsp Cheese powder (Instead, You can make your own flavoring using Indian spices)
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
Cooking oil for frying
Some Water
Salt to Taste
