Spicy Chili Recipe (Award Winning)

I only call it “Award Winning” because I have gotten 1st place several times with this recipe at local chili cook-offs. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3/4 cup chili powder
2 tbsp onion flakes
2 tbsp Mesa
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp salt
2 cups spicy hot V8 juice
1 tbsp garlic powder or crushed garlic
3 cans chili beans
3 cans chili tomatoes
3lbs hamburger and 2lbs Hot sausage

Make it yourself and take it to the next chili cook-off, you just might get 1st prize as well.
