Ingredients
Oil
Box of spaghetti
2-3 Roasted Poblano peppers (Dark Green Chile) or Anaheim
1 cup corn
1/2 Onion
1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream or Half and half
3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella, Oaxaca, or your favorite melty cheese
1 Tbs Butter or Margarine
1 teaspoon Knorr chicken Bouillon or salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cream alternative
Crema Nestle
* Half and Half
* Crema Fresca
* Milk
– To thicken the sauce with milk, mix 1/2 Tbs corn start with 1 Tbs cold water. Add right after milk. Mix well then add the remaining ingredients
Cheese Alternative
*Oaxaca
*Mexican Cheese Blend
*Pepper Jack (I know how much some of you love a good kick)
