Quick and Easy recipe for Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner or Brunch made of simple Ingredients | Dosa

Welcome to FOOD FOR FOODIES, Today we are going to make some interesting recipes made up of very simple ingredients simple as Dal – rice .

In these recipes I have used very simple ingredients which are easily available. These recipes can be used as lunch, breakfast, Dinner, snacks etc…
Kids at home is a big responsibility and keeping them happy with only home cooked food is bigger. These recipes will be loved by elders also they are very less time consuming ….

Tips and tricks will be shared in video .

Simple Ingredient List and steps , I am sharing here as well :

1. Dal – chawal Dosa
* Soak moong dal and chawal over night , wash and grind it with ginger and green chillies…season it with basic species ( salt,red chilli,garam masala, turmeric etc — we will call it BS )
* Make chatpata aloo filling ( Chana-urad dal, hing,karipatta,ginger in mustard oil )
* Add spices ( BS )
* Potatoes ( Boiled and mashed ) add water to make it market style filling , in small amount we can make more dosa-s )

2 . Pooran – poli ( short Cut )
* Soaked Channa Dal , boil it with less water , in same cooker add Jaggery , cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, desiccated coconut , desi ghee
* Roast it for few minute, till all the moisture is gone
* Make simple whole wheat dough, just add little bit of salt and ghee in it.
* Make pooran poli as stuff parantha ( as shown )

3. Dal ke kebab
* Soak masoor dal and channa dal overnight , pressure cook with salt, cinnamon, black cardamom for 3-4 whistle …. as told
* mash and dry the moisture if any
* Add garam masala, red chilli powder, greated ginger , chillied , coriander and freshly made bread crumb
* make kebab, and fry .. if possible refrigerate for 10-15 min .. if you want you can make them in advance and keep in fridge ( for 2-3 days without frying )

4 . Multi Grain Daliya
* Soak multi grain daliya for 5-6 hours if it has millets this is very important point while making store bought multigrain daliya
* else if it is homemade as shown in video , soak for just 1/2 an hour
