Please take a look at your rice brand for cook time
Cook time 16-18 Minutes
Sauté time 5-6 Minutes

Ingredients
1 Tbs oil (Canola)
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 finely chopped white onion
2 cups Extra long grain rice (mahatma rice)
3 3/4 cups homemade chicken broth or 3/4 cups water + 1 1/2 Tbs chicken bouillon
1 small bay leaf (The secret ingredient)
1 cup frozen veggies (green beans, carrots, corn, and peas)
1 roasted and peeled Anaheim pepper

Tips- 1 cup long-grain rice to 1 3/4 cup water or chicken broth
Chicken broth was made by boiling chicken with 1 1/2 Tbs salt + 1/2 Tbs Mexican Oregano
