Caldo de Camarón | Mexican Shrimp Soup

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make a very easy and delicious caldo de camarón basically Mexican shrimp soup. TBH I’m not a fan of fishy foods, and that is why I don’t like my soup to have a strong fishy taste, you have the option to add the shells, head and tail of your shrimp and boil it with your corn for a strong shrimp taste or you can simply add fish stock instead of water, I’m showing you the way I like it! Keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste! this is the way I was taught and I really hope you enjoy this recipe as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe buttons so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘
