Capirotada de Tres Leches | Mexican Bread Pudding

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make a delicious tres leches capirotada, Mexican bread pudding! Capirotada is my favorite dessert, it just bring so much memories from my grandma! This is the way she used to make it. Ingredients: if you don’t want your capirotada to be super moist, adjust the amount of liquid, I used 3 cups of water you can add 1-2 I used 2 cups of whole milk, you can add only one.
6-8 slices of bolillo bread
Canola oil
2 piloncillos
7 whole cloves
2 cinnamon stick
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
Your favorite toppings!!!!
Pecans
Peanuts
Sweetened shredded coconut
Dried raisins
Sprinkles
1 serving of love 💕
