Instant Pot Peas Pulao | Instant Pot Lunchbox Recipes | Complete Indian meal |Easy PIP recipe

Ingredients Required:
Ghee,2 Tablespoons
Green Chilies, 2 , slit
Salt, as per taste
Peas, 1 cup, fresh or frozen
Cashews, 1 cup

Shahi Jeera/Jeera , 1 tablespoon
Basmati Rice, 2 cups, washed.
Eggs, 4, if required.

1.Turn on Saute mode.Wait for the liner to heat up.
2.Add ghee and wait for it to melt completely.
3.Add Shahi jeera, chilies, cashes and peas. Saute for a few minutes till the cashews are brown and the peas as a little mushy.
4.Add 2.5 cups of water and salt as per taste.
5.Add rice, and eggs and close the IP lid.
6.Press the pressure cook button, set the timer to 5 minutes and whistle to “Sealing”.Let the pressure Release naturally.
7.Open the lid after the safety valve comes down.

8.Fluff the rice if required and serve!

2 (reasonable) adults.
