Asafoetida/Hing- 1-2 pinch
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder to taste or 1/2 tsp
Oil/Ghee as required
Water- 1 1/2 cup or as required
