ingredients :
5 medium size potato
Soak potatos for 30 mins
Wash it well
Water 6 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Let the water hot
Wait 5 min (medium high flame)
50% cooked
Let them cool down
Flour 1/2 cup
Conflour 1/4 cup
Chili powder 1 tsp
Basil leaves 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves 1 tbsp
Add water (as needed)
Make a thick batter
Deep fry until golden brown
