A few friends and family requested how I was doing red beans in the Instant Pot and seeing as I had not much luck when I went searching for a recipe, figured I’d share what I figured out. Its a good base to start with and you can add additional seasoning if you like, but these are pretty darn good and I make them just about every week.
Side note: If you like to have smoked sausage with your beans, I recommend cooking them up separately; I find the sausage looses too much of its juiciness if cooked too long..even better use up some left over sausage from a seafood boil if you have it.
