New & Improved Khao Soi recipe is up on my website and YouTube channel!
I grew up in Thailand and lived there for 20 years before I came to Canada, and believe it or not I never had khao soi even once. Not sure I even knew about it. Back then khao soi was a strictly regional to Northern Thailand, and even Thai people outside of the North rarely got access to it.
Today, it’s become popular beyond our borders, and I’m not surprised cuz it’s one of those dishes that many fall in love with the first time they have it.
Good news is it is not hard to make a great khao soi at home! There are a few components to prep if you want a fully loaded version, but everything is straight forward, AND everything can be made in advance. It also keeps well so you can enjoy it throughout the week.
