My husband froze my tofu 😭. While I really wanted my soft silky tofu, what I ended up with isn’t bad.
When tofu freezes the water in the tofu turns into ice crystals that basically “stab” the tofu, causing it to “bleed” water and ruining the smooth structure. (This is a terrible way of explaining it but the best I can do right now 😂)
