Will it LAAB? Yes! This is the fish version of the latest recipe; Northern Laab (sadly also known as larb). No modification needed other than changing the pork/liver to fish, or really, anything else!
If you use sashimi grade fish you can also safely make the raw version of this dish which is also popular in Thailand. If you donβt want to hand-laab, you can quickly process the fish in a food processor, but this is more fun π.
