Ingredients:
Baby back ribs
3 cups zero sugar Dr. Pepper
2 cups keto BBQ sauce
Seasoning salt
You can just use 3 cups of water or broth if you don’t want to use the Dr. Pepper & BBQ sauce
1. Put seasoning salt on the ribs
2. Combine Dr. Pepper & 1 cup BBQ sauce. Pour into instant pot
3. Place ribs in the instant pot with bone side facing center
4. Cook high pressure 30 minutes
5. Natural release pressure for 10 minutes
6. Manually release rest of pressure
7. Brush ribs with remaining cup of BBQ sauce.
8. Place in air fryer 5 minutes at 350F
