This makes two servings:
1 1/2 cups / 9 oz. frozen mango chunks (about 260 g) *
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml, about 250g)
1/2 cup – 3/4 cup milk of choice (120 – 180 ml)
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy

*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 1/5 cup / 40 g mango per serving and add frozen pineapple insteadš
