TACOS GOBERNADOR INGREDIENTS:
For the shrimp:
► 3 tbsp butter
► 3 minced garlic cloves
► 1/2 small white onion
► 1 poblano pepper
► 2 roma tomatoes
► 1 lb. shrimp
► The blend seasoning
► 1/2 cup sour cream
► 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
► Some corn tortillas
► Monterrey Jack cheese
