4-ingredient Healthy Cookies😍 They are vegan & gluten-free and ready in less than 20 minutes!🤩

this recipe makes about 9-10 cookies

Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter (120 ml) (I use a smooth pb that is 100 % made of peanuts)
1 cup (gluten-free oats) (240 ml)
1/4 cup 80% dark chocolate chips / chunks (60 ml / 40 g)

1.Mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter and oats together
2. Scoop the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips / chunks on top
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for 10-12 minutes

*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, be sure to use unripe bananas!☺️
