2 corn on the cobs
2 spring onions
1/2 tsp. chilli or to taste
small bunch coriander
1 egg
1/4 cup plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp plant milk
100g halloumi

Cherry tomato, basil & garlic butter beans
250g cherry tomatoes
250g butter beans
1-2 garlic cloves
Handful fresh basil
1 tbsp. dried oregano
Salt (caution if your beans are already well salted)

Avocado & tahini spread
1 avocado
1 tbsp light tahini
2 tbsp olive
30g fresh green herb/s of choice
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
2 tbsp. water (pour gradually)
