Neymeen or King Fish – ½ kg
Salt – to taste
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ teaspoon
Pepper powder – ¾ teaspoon
Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon

For covering:
Whole egg – 1
Maida – ¼ cup
Cornflour – ¼ cup
Sunflower oil

For Sauteing
Garlic, finely cut – 1 teaspoon
Green chili, finely cut – 2
Celery stalks, finely cut
Onions, cut into squares – 2
Capsicum, cut into squares
Ordinary chili powder – 2 teaspoons
Water – 1 ½ cups
Red chili sauce – 3 tablespoons
Sugar – ½ teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Red food color – 4 drops
Cornflour – 1 tablespoon
