RECIPE
Ingredients:
Flour 200grams
baking powder 2 tsp
baking soda 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
egg yolks 6
oil 150 grams
milk 150 grams
sugar 125 grams
vanilla essence 1 tsp
egg whites 6
vinegar 1 tbs
sugar 175 grams
Method:
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Set it aside. Mix egg yolks, sugar 125 grams, milk and oil in another bowl. mix the flour mix into it. Add vanilla essence. Make a smooth paste and set it aside. Whisk egg whites to soft peaks then add vinegar and grinded sugar 175 grams in it. Whisk them again on high speed till stiff peaks, looks like meringue. Now fold both egg white meringue and egg yolk paste together slowly with a spatula. Pour mixture into two cake tins, one round 8 inches and the other 9*6 inches rectangular. Bake them at 220 degree centigrade for 20 to 40 minutes.
