This 5 minute, 5 ingredient, Chilli oil & spring onion egg breakfast looks impressive, but is so simple to make! It’s become our go-to breakfast on days where we don’t have a lot of time! See below for the recipe.
Recipe:-
Add a little salted butter to a pan. Then fry off the green parts of 1 spring onion. Add in the egg and then drizzle the chilli oil over after a minute. Allow the egg to cook and crisp up around the sides for a few minutes and then serve on top of your favourite toasted bread. Add salt and pepper if needed.
